Gerald Thomas Michael O'Hara
General Notes: Gerry passed into everlasting life on Thursday, December 5, 2024, in his 90th year in Hamilton ON.. Survived by his wife Margaret (Midge) O'Hara, sister Susan (Tony), and predeceased by brothers Frank (Marion), Brian (Delores), and Jack (Fran). Gerry will be missed by his many nieces and nephews. Gerry enjoyed working as a dedicated member of the RCMP/CSIS for over twenty-seven years both domestically and abroad. After his first retirement he joined Motorola Canada Limited for another thirteen years as Head of Security. Gerry and Midge traveled extensively with postings to Germany, Switzerland, Israel, and Trinidad in the service of Canada. Funeral Mass was held at St. Catherine of Siena, Hamilton ON, on December 11, 2024. Gerald married Margaret Geraldine Lacey on 30 Jun 1962 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
