William Kennedy and Margaret Brennan were probably married in the mid 1840's since the 1851 census list them as 32 and 23 years of age respectively, with three chilcren: Michael, age 5, Dennis 2 and John one. They had a total of nine children, five sons and four daughters
They settled on Lot 23, second concession, Touwnship of March, the deed being registeed in 1859, "From Canada Company to William Kennedy". They later bought 50 acres of land on Lot 21, third concession. This was futher increased to 100 acres and receive the name "Rock Hill Farm"
Four sisters married Muldoons
William married Margaret Brennan, daughter of Not_known Brennan and Unknown, @1845. (Margaret Brennan was born in 1828 in Kilkenny, Ireland and died in 1898 in South March, Ontario, Canada.)
