General Notes:
Completed Grade 12 at St. Peter's College, Muenster, Saskatchewan and won the Proficiency Medal. Managed the family store in Swanson, Saskatchewan for many years before joining the Provincial Civil Service in Regina in 1937. he moved to the Federal Civil Service in Ottawa, worked in the Treasury Department. Jim and Alice lived in Ottawa, Ontario until their death.
James married Alice Gleason in 1944 in Buckingham, Quebec. (Alice Gleason died on 12 Aug 1993.)
